Start your day with fresh juices, gourmet coffees and a choice of delicious hot & cold dishes from the lavish Smeraldo Restaurant breakfast buffet. Eggs, pancakes and waffles are lovingly prepared to order by the Chef. The Lindos Blu ‘deli’ carves speciality meats and cheeses from around the Mediterranean. Don’t miss the traditional corner or the excellent tea tasting selection, lovingly presented to show the medicinal properties and flavours of each variety. A la carte lunch at Smeraldo Restaurant includes delicious Greek meze, fish, pasta, main courses and desserts. For dinner Gourmet Greek – Mediterranean buffets offer a tantalising array of hot & cold starters, salads, cheeses and desserts. Soup and a choice of three main courses (vegetarian, meat, fish) are served by the smiling waiters.
